01. Design

  • Designing a product that meets customers’ demands

02. Incoming of raw materials

  • Purchasing materials required by the product design
    – SKH-51, SKD-11, SK-5, SUS, etc.

03. Primary processing (general-purpose milling / MCT processing)

  • Basic processing work through the machining center and CNC process
    – Processing using milling machines of Doosan International, Hwacheon, etc.

04. Heat treatment

  • Heat treatment that meets the design requirements

05. Primary forming (rough machining)

  • Optimization of banding and roughness through horizontal spindle surface grinding
    – Processing using a surface grinding machine of Okamoto, etc.

06. Wire processing (EDM)

  • Precise processing through electrical discharge machining using a wire cutter
    – Processing using a wire processor of Sodick, Mitsubishi, Agie, Charmil, etc.

07. Secondary forming (finishing)

  • Precise grinding after the primary forming

08. Inspection (quality inspection)

  • Inspection whether a finished product has been processed the same way as shown in the drawing
    – Quality inspection using a height gauge, micrometer, DP gauge, two-dimensional measuring machine, vision measuring machine, etc.

09. Product assembly

  • Assembly of the inspected products

10. Performance test

  • Discharge flow rate test, maximum/minimum pressure test, internal/external leak test, etc.

11. Laser marking

  • Marking the finished products
    – Laser marking machine

12. Packing

  • Packing in a stuffing box
